Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it needs no card. You get 25 credits when you sign up and 10 a month after that, across three documents of up to 150 pages each. One question costs one credit and reading a document costs two credits per 100 pages.
What is a credit?
One meter across everything, weighted by what each action costs to run. A question on the fast model tier is 1 credit, a question on a frontier model is 5, reading a document is 2 credits per 100 pages, and transcribing scanned pages is 1 credit per 5 pages. Notes, boards, todos and annotations are unlimited on every plan and cost no credits.
How much does the Study plan cost?
$9.99 a month, or the equivalent of ten months for twelve if you pay yearly. It includes 250 credits a month, 50 documents of up to 3,000 pages each, scanned documents transcribed, and six searches behind every answer.
What does Pro add over Study?
$24.99 a month for 700 credits, 300 documents of up to 20,000 pages, citations you can click through to the exact page, your choice of GPT-5, Claude or Gemini, frontier models by default, and eight searches per question.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are granted at the start of each monthly cycle on every plan, including on yearly billing - a year is not paid out as one pot on day one.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Yearly billing is charged up front at the ten-for-twelve rate, so the saving is realised across the year rather than refunded month by month.
